Case in point. No trying to explain that she didn't get any special treatment. She was found at fault, charged, ticketed and sue by you Jones. As far as name calling goes, go back and read your own posts.

Would an ordinary Citizen been given the same treatment no. Why was this ever an issue if it wasnt an issue. Ask Wilson he heard EXACTLY what Jones heard that night and testified to that point. Even going as far as saying he couldnt believe Agiuar didnt have her information. Now the second charge read under garriety was failure to obtain information at an accident but IA didnt sustain that even though Agiuar was real unclear what info she had, finally said she had the tag number. And that is real suprising.
