    poor decision-making

promoting ira gold-dummy to captain and forcing pollock are among the worst decision in the agency in the past 30 years the someone should be o0ut reaching to pollock before it is too late he knows where the bodies are buried and could bring the house down.

Al was a nice guy but he was very pro black even if the person was not the best choice. He gave out more new cars to the undeserving and especially to probationary FEMALES. Why is that??? Must we ask that question, I think we know the answer’s to these riddles.

There's plenty of examples at the Fort Lauderdale Sheriff's Office that have been promoted the same way. The Sheriff trusts them and not anyone who wore green and he'll tell you to your face.
