Add this information. She failed urine tests for months ( one of the conditions of probation that she was on). Marks states those in charge did not want to pay for the cost of birthing . Too damn greedy. Remember that this was in 2012. Evan Thomassen was the Father of the baby who fed her a carload of pills and cocaine and crack and whatever other drugs she wanted. The CCSO new all about Thomassens drug dealing, he was BIG TIME. Yet he was allowed to peddle hundreds of pounds of CRACK and pills through the years leading up to his arrest 5 years later. Its what Mark says. The CCSO is not interested in stamping out drug use. ITS THE OPPOSITE. They want to make as many 2-bit drug busts as they can. To ' Feed The Machine'. Andrew, think about it. The CCSO new all about Evan Thomassen in 2012. The cops could have just kept their eye on him for 2 minutes after he got out of jail and put him right back in jail. But they just let him go back to being a BIG TIME drug dealer for YEARS!!!
