Watch out Negron, he has been ordered to take out all the female Sgts. Chief has an obvious agenda to keep women low in the ranks or not at all. He intentionally skipped Mimi and promoted another male. Seniority doesn’t mean sh%t to him nor does having a woman as Major. It would be nice to have a female voice to represent us. Wendy goldshit doesn’t count, the Chiefs 33 is a world class fake and spends her time going to all these conferences to talk about herself. What has she done for the WOMEN of Miami Beach PD? Not a damn thing but let us be targets.

“Mimi”? Are you serious? She shouldn’t be a Captain. Has she ever done any police work? Done anything besides hide in closets? And let’s not forget the team of Mimi and Delaspinga and the tattletale they gave Carulo thinking they would both get promoted.

What are the female Sgts targets of? People are targeted because of their actions or inactions, not simply because of gender. Did you forget that we had a female assistant chief recently. There have been and currently are great female officers of all ranks in this department. Please look in the mirror and if you feel you are being unfairly kept from advancement, or are being targeted, ask yourself why. Is it just gender or some behavior?
