No acting sergeants should get promoted. Acting LT J G should be promoted to Captain. She has out worked her male counter parts for years.

Figures that he would promote some incompetence to further the agency. Just read the Easter Rooster email. That’s a perfect example of some of the candidates promoted.

Don’t get me wrong. There are several people who are deserving;however, others left me confused. You want to change the mindset and promote transparency. How about legitimizing the promotional process and ensuring the people promoted are the best candidates available.

Come on. There’s people who got promoted that I would never ever respect because they are scared of their own shadow, have never done any “police work” in their short time with the agency, or ....

Time will tell. You can only hide incompetence for so long.

Sorry to be the one to tell you this, but work has nothing to do with promotions at this place. The quicker you learn this, the better off you will be. It doesn’t matter one bit.
