2) Ezra becomes K9 Sergeant
3) BJ becomes night shift Sergeant
4) Chad is offered night time Sergeant, but declines telling them no thanks, "I will stay a patrol officer and continue to work day shift".

Ken is done.

BJ is now in the mix
Chad worked a decade on midnights.
Promote them all.

Any of them would be a good decision. Be nice to have someone become a supervisor from the road instead of another specialty unit. We all know Ken is about done, but Chad, Ezera or BJ are good. Cheering for one of you or all.

Figures that he would promote some incompetence to further the agency. Just read the Easter Rooster email. That’s a perfect example of some of the candidates promoted.

Don’t get me wrong. There are several people who are deserving;however, others left me confused. You want to change the mindset and promote transparency. How about legitimizing the promotional process and ensuring the people promoted are the best candidates available.

Come on. There’s people who got promoted that I would never ever respect because they are scared of their own shadow, have never done any “police work” in their short time with the agency, or ....

Time will tell. You can only hide incompetence for so long.
