    Lead by example....or not

*Klopfer and Ross show up to inservice.
Klopfer- cars have never been on the table and never will be. You don't need them and we're at least going to try for a raise but it's not looking good.
*Klopfer and Ross both get in their brand new SUVs and depart inservice.

    Real inspiration.

Would you rather be lied to? This topic has been discussed at length. There is no justification to buy a bunch of cars to drive back and forth to the ramp. Write Adam Putnam & Santa Claus and ask for your very own Coggins mobile to drive home to your Wayne Friar home. Trashing our training staff for sharing realistic budget expectations is idiotic.

Yet the sergeants and corporals have cars.

Yes, the fact that completely unnecessary corporal positions were implemented and then given take home cars is proof of one thing. We had the financial resources to keep at least one VACIS team. VACIS was our most valuable tool but our lazy drunken command staff was too interested in clearing the path for their good old boys or placing the chess pieces for their next career move than they were moving us forward or keeping us relevant.

That’s why it’s laughable every time someone comes on here and says that we’re about to turn some corner. No we’re not, we had the chance and we let all of the specialty units go away. Now we’re an agency that quarantines to destination, writes some advisory notices, but most importantly collects money for other agencies. The supervisors never suffer but the officers are always told they’re SOL.

A few more years till retirement and y’all can have this place.

Come on guys, the upper chain is really trying. Things are changing. It's looking up. Gotta be patient. I'm hearing good things. After the election, we're going to be taken care of when Putnam is governor....choose your do-boy statement here. But for now, keep getting those advisories and 2 gram weed arrests.
