Andrew, Again you make allegations that are untrue without any facts and simply based off your conspiracy theories. The "emergency memo" you posted is nothing more than an email stating he was placed on administrative leave. Nothing more. This type of email is a common email that is sent to all users when someone is placed on leave, takes a leave of absence, transfers, etc. There is no secret and nothing being hidden. Try again sparky....

People would have more respect for you and give you credit if you actually posted something with true, verifiable facts, and not baseless allegations that you come up with in your warped mind. Everything is not a giant conspiracy. Records Request

I would follow up and remind them that NPPD provides their IA log and the department level investigations to Citizen Requests and they are obligated to do the same. IF they still give ya flack, i will forward you thr 5 years of discipline records and logs we have collected.

Perhaps the IA log has met its retention requirement. Next request the invstigative Finding for all closed internal invstigations.

Step up Sherriff.. you are ibligated to follow the public record laws too else suffer the consequences.

You have to ask for the IA complaints as well as the AI complaints. AI’s receive numbers but not the same as IA. Also, it’s possible that there isn’t a number on this complaint. Ask for information in the personnel files of Korte, Wagner and Casarella relating to that complaint.
