SHE WAS IN MAJOR CRIMES AND WAS FIRED BECAUSE SHE TOLD CHARLOTTE COUNTY SHERIFF BILL PRUMMELL ABOUT THE AFFAIRS GOING ON BETWEEN LT CASSARELLA & NIKKE WAGNER.
THEN SHE TOLD THE SHERIFF SOME PEOPLE WERE NOT WORKING FULL DAYS BUT WERE GETTING PAID FOR FULL DAYS.THE SHERIFF IS SO CORRUPT HE FIRED THE GOOD COP AND KEPT THE BAD COPS

You are going to need to pull their phone records. Most of which is public record because the telephones are county owned. Also you need to ask for any emails between Captain Michael Casarella and her. If the allegation was made that he was having an affair with her, then there must be some record some place. In some cases Internal Affairs detectives keep a separate book which is called a "differed complaint log book". This mean a complaint is made and it is given back to the district or supervisor in charge of that officer to see if a full investigation is warranted. A case number is never assigned. You need to request a copy of this log book. You need to ask if it exist and get them to tell you that it doesn't. Do not ask for a "book" you need to ask in a way to cover all bases, book, log, record, way of tracking, memo, paper, digital, etc. Most agencies have them. The public is never aware they exist. It is a way of keeping a record so if something goes wrong they can say they documented it without making it public.
This is how the request must be written.
I am requesting the internal investigations case number log (IA LOG) for 2016-2017 (or whatever year this affair happened). This log would include any differed complaint log,inquiry log or any complaint investigated but not documented with a case number. The information requested would included but not be limited to , case number, alleged violation, complainant information, subject employee, or appointed persons, finding any disciplinary action taken or unfounded.
These differed logs are legal and they are a way for IA and the Sheriff to hide allegations that they do not want made public. If this is true he needs to go on the box and so does she.
You need to request the entire log and sift through it or post it here for the world to see what they have been up to. If they tell you no it does not exist ask another way till you get it right. They will look at each PRR and only give you what you said you wanted exactly. Good luck.

The log exist, you need to ask for a log or any documents pertaining to any and all complaints against employees in 2017 with or without case numbers. You can also ask for procedures or general orders pertaining to the documentation of complaints against deputies and how they are taken, what the classifications are, and how they are documented. Once you figure out how they deffer the complaints back down the chain of command, prior to a full blown IA then you will have the secret. The wording has to very be specific and needs to be asked the right way. They are are only obligated to give you exactly what you ask for. It is like a secret password to enter into a clubhouse. Just keep asking in different ways. Hopefully an ex internal affairs detective will chime in.

What does winter is comeing mean? Why did the chartlotte county,sheriff,bill prummell lie to us,why is he so corrupt,yet the feds arent hear yet,or are they,we heard fdle is for james white and the steroid use,is that why they sent a emergency leter to every one so they could get clean before the fake random drug test they never do because there so god dam corrupt?
