    Noise complaints are county code enforcement, animal complaints are the county humane society ,,,pay attention, Patrol div will go past occurred burglaries,alarms,rapes,robberies,domestics and homicides...Now go clear the interstate with your one trooper. I'm sure youll pass a traffic unit or two
