    How is mandatory flexing legal

    How is legal to make employees flex time to avoid paying overtime. Where is the PBA at ?

    It’s how the pd operates! Make officers work longer and save $$ by not following the city’s union contract. Zpd fired the union rep so they will violate the rules until someone contacts Jim Diamond. Then he will play stupid saying he forgot! DB has no business being in charge of a police department bet he still doesn’t have the minimal requirements for chief!! Steve’s due boy

    Dude if you think Jim Diamond is your answer...... put down your crack pipe. He doesn't give a damn about us. When is the last time you saw him here? He comes at contract time only. All he wants is your union dues so he can keep giving himself raises. He is well over $100,000 now.

    What has he EVER gotten done for us. Spina ignores him and he does nothing. He has never gotten discipline overturned or reduced. He has never gotten anything in a contract changed. He has never met with the staff just to talk and see about minor changes.....nothing. He is a blow hard who is sucking our union dry with his salary, benefits and perks.

    You don't think he is a piece of crap.......ask any senior guy from Tampa PD>
