    Has anything changed?

Were there actual changes made? Is it better or worse under the new administration? What are the major issues you all are facing now?

Exactly how can the Department of Justice's Office of Community Oriented Policing Services say that "It didn't reduce crime. It didn't stop bicycle crashes or curb bicycle theft."

Are they issued crystal balls? What am I missing here?

Nothing has changed. We still are instructed to do bicycle stops and issue tickets when needed. We were told to just do a better job on writing what the subjects ethnicity. Which the last time I checked, if you were born in America, you are American. So nothing has changed.

Only issue we are facing now is a deacde of non merit promotions that has come full circle. D2 will feel that more than anyone. The major is possibly the biggest micromanager in TPD history and pounces on the most minute errors and I think the bid outcome for that district is a result of how he treats his troop. Add that with the added gift from D3 and its quite the recipe for morale suicide.
