Unfortunately, the only thing this does is give under qualified idiots that left their rural PO-dunk agency or internal admin people that FDLE made Agents more money with zero increase of actual experience or credibility. At this stage no one with a brain or any ambition would want to come to work beside the lackluster roster of sworn personnel and deal with the buffoons currently in management there.

FDLE has hired at reduced rates for so long that all they have is transfers from low-end small agencies and internal hires that never really wanted to be cops but figured if they kissed ass they could get a sweet sworn job.
Most of the supervisors are , "high class white-trash" and conduct business as such; No integrity, high school cheerleader squad tactics with dealing with employees, and lying and playing games to get what they want including promoting or targeting those they like/dislike. It's turned into quite the place! So why would anyone there expect a raise now? FDLE is one step away from being dissolved (and if it wasn't for the crime lab and CJIS, would already be gone).

If you don't like the pay, GTFO! Why did you come to FDLE? For an easier job? Accept it or get out.
