He came to this department having a load of experience after his retirement from the City. Sadly, our department cares little about true experience and more about the color of the skin so our current Chief and her assistant, two political hacks, demoted him from Major to Captain. Soon he will retire and he will not have to deal with the Pygmy and Side of Beef who demoted him. This department will continue its demise as the new Opa-Locka P.D.

His load of experience as it you call it was cheating the system, dodging IA investigations of corruption and false statements, and avoiding any real work at all cost. His true experience was kissing the backside of then Mayor Suarez and the riding the coat tails of the then politicians as a sgt at arms. That's the true power hungry Ralphie boy
