    I've started this thread as a common ground between the Raja Yuca klan and the rest of Hialeah Police Department...From now on please post all things relating to Jessie "Raja Yuca" Menocal on this thread so his friends (all 2 or 3) and family (Johnny the retard, Papi, and Tio) can stop crying about LEO Affairs not being fun anymore due to the negative comments about an "Alleged" sexual predator

    The Fix Was In From The Beginning

    I don't see this subject disappearing anytime soon. If JM was exonerated we would not be having this conversation. But Velazquez spiked the investigation and lied to the press about JM being suspended. The fix was in from the beginning despite the video evidence which strongly corroborated the girl's story.
    More importantly this is a story about the old cocaine cowboy bonds between JM's family and Velazquez. They need to all just go away.
