The Major is doing a good job. I tend to agree with assessment of the XO who oozes arrogance and is probably not the right selection for that position. But so many of these appointments have little to do with the best person for the job and a lot to do with whose licking the best bootie. Unfortunately, that's how snot nosed spoiled brats end up in those positions. And until the process is legitimized through an outside testing center, we will continue to have these problems.

Who was the trainer that popped off the round and why did a deputy present a loaded firearm at the inspection table? No joking around, that could have blown somebody's head off, and if true, should not be downplayed.
