Who is the single "honest Lt"? line supervisors are ok. Anyone with shoulder brass is there fore a reason. As far as being "honest". There is a total difference beteen being "honest" under oath giving statements to DLE and being honest as a matter of having integrity naturally. No one deserve the title of "honest" in this administration. No one spoke up out of integrity, it was a matter of not wanting to left holding the bag. Turnover rate would be higher but you have people who can't get passed the hiring process in other agencies. I.e. PBSO, Seminole PD just to mention a few. Instead they get rewarded for trying to leave and failing.
