PBA WE NEED Action/Answer NOW

PBA it’s no secret that the director is a political hack and cowardto the Mayor and we all know that currently there is a SGT ROD who shot dead a POS who had a Gun or at least acted like he did while commiting a crime. The PBA currently affirms that the ROD is of your choice alone “politically motivated” and no other Just because the SGT was not wearing his Cam during the incident. Even after being cleared by SAO and FDLE he remains in ROD our question is will you do the same to All who act in the same manner “protections life” while to and from work because we all know those Cams are sitting at stations as we transit. So PBA we officers need an answer to this ASAP, does this Director want us not to take any action while to and from work especially in marked units? It’s pathetic cause the city of miami thought of this when they were pressed to take up Cams and they didn’t rush to outfit everyone at once $$$$.

Mr Stalh this needs an answer ASAP we don’t want to be ROD for doing our job yet have no footage for this Director to see skin color and race as he melts down on TV. For him FDLE or SAO decision ain’t enough, it’s all about Race or as I call it “The Moss Factor” the commissioner his done nothing for his community for his whole tenure other than his pockets.

So I called the President and he said you are wrong on so many issues. After listening to him I'm convinced we are in a situation where the incoming folks have no clue whatsoever of what they are doing.

Rivera filed a grievance for us but it will be in Stahls hands to continue that fight. Let's hope he'll do it. We'll see if he is up to the job right away
