Director Juan Perez terrefied of the black community
Our uneducated director Juan Perez is so afraid of the black community and the possibility of a "bad shooting" that he has opted to implement all kinds of "community" law enforcement programs. He has closed crime fighting units, taken away tools and the will of officers to put criminals in jail. Every day we hear of children being shot and it will not get any better. You are inept Juan Perez, resign now because it is only going to get worse.

Juan Perez...............the boy who lost MDPD.
THe more I think about it, the more I think that he lost the trust and support of the department due to his incompetence. But physically destroying of the department and the morale must be on purpose at this point.

Of course he is afraid of African Americans. This goes back to his High School days when he was beaten routinely and had his lunch money stolen by blacks. His gold badge and stars gives him carte blanche to get his rocks off but he fears one major scandal will cost him his job. He rules by fear and in fear. Kind of like a biatch.

The Herald should do an article on the department’s lack of enforcement at the Annie Coleman projects, 4600 nw 23 court. Since activating shotspotter, it has detected over 1,000 rounds fired in that apartment complex. What has Director Juan Perez done to cease that war like atmosphere? Not a damn thing! Had our turkeys & the hug-a-thug program. The title of this thread is 100% accurate.
