Damn only four sergeants make less than $90,000! There must have been a mistake in reporting, how is Pelfrey is the ninth highest-paid officer?

It would be my guess that those numbers include overtime, not just a base pay. I would also imagine that at certain level of management, possibly Captain or higher, they are exempt from OT pay so they are only compensated on their annual salary.

Wow, some police officers made close to $200,000 a year! The majority seemed to be in the range of $110,000-$120,000.

Everyone above the rank of Sergeant is salary, therefore they are not eligible for OT. The pay for the sergeants you see does include OT. Base pay for a starting sergeant at NPPD is a whopping 64k.
