    No confidence in Chief Diggs

    • Substation at Sabal Palm
    • Substation at S.W. Village
    • Substation at Renaissance
    • Substation at the Dream Centers
    • $200,000 spent on riot gear
    • $100,000 spent on study from University of Cincinnati on unsolved murders
    • $150,000 on Community Engagement Team from D.C who hates police.
    • Once a month mandatory training on sensitivity, in which we pay some instructor a ridiculous fee.
    • Chief must drive new SUV each year, forget about anyone else.
    • Tries to look mean and use bully tactics to gain respect.
    • Advised city council he was going to hire to experience command level people from the outside to join his command staff as deputy chiefs, But so far we have received to ex-Lieutenants with no command staff experience, but I guess since they are from Toledo, Ohio they qualified.
    • Can anyone else add anything else to the list.

    Screwed over people who were friends to the agency when the agency had no friends and tries to erase all memory of people who are no longer there. The most uninspiring 'leader' I have ever seen. Never bring people up just cuts them down. Pray he gone soon.

    To add to the list anyone know why those guys are on leave yet and has anyone heard from them.

    Cheif spent more money sending us to a racism class that we already attended.

    He continues to send us to these diversity classes because he thinks us white officers are all racist.
