    Someone on the Opa Locka Police Department is going to be in trouble for leaving his patrol car unlocked!

    He shouldn't be to hard to track down, as he lives in that neighborhood. I say this because it was cold that day and night and the perp is wearing flip flops. IMHO, that makes it a crime of opportunity by a neighbor. Pictures not that great, but being local it narrows down the search.


    Hope they catch this scumbag.
