Can someone please get this uneducated director into an ESOL program so he can learn how to speak in front of a camera? His unraveling impromptu speechees are so full of holes and tear infused drama that he leaves us with a sense that our department is being run by a six grader. With Spanglish phrases such as "he was born today" and some loopy story about "guacamole" we are left with a sense that this guy... is not up to the job.

The lack of self control by this director is now legendary. He utilizes every available opportunity to jump in front of a camera and provide details in a rambling fashion. He is so unsure of himself that he becomes nervous and reverts to teary tirades and hissy fits.
The symptons exhibited by this director are contingent with a poorly educated and inexperienced individual who is unable to handle the pressures of the job he has been tasked to perform. In summary he cannot fill the shoes of the office he holds. He surely portrays us all in a bad lught.
