    Dismantle all specialty units and and assign them to work the road. Trooper shortage only exists because these specialty units refused to help out.

    Also, motorists wouldn't get angry about having to wait for hours for a trooper to arrive.

    And they make an extra $2000 a year! Guess that kind of tells you what the leaders of the FHP think of the rank and file road trooper! Now, be glad you got a job Grunt!
