What rock is Carlos Vazquez hiding under these days?

In the last three months preceeding the PBA election we saw a couple of Machiavilian figures roaming the PBA building hallways waiting for a handout. The Jenkins story has already been addressed but another dark figure has quietly slipped out the back door. That would be Carlos Vazquez, scam extraordinaire, who followed Rivera around like a biatch in heat for months in hope of gaining one of those much sought $100k salaries.
If there was ever an employee in this department that should have been fired for engaging in personal activities while on duty is this Vazquez character. His PCB file reads like a horror story of complaints about his outside businesses which he continues to run to this day. The man has not done an honest work day in his life and yet continues to survive. We hear he even had a FEMA contract and one of his companies was engaged in picking up refuse after the hurricane. Wonder what politician made that happen.
Gladly, we won't have to see his face at the PBA anymore. Time to crawl back under that large rock again and plot your next move to greatness Carlitos. You have run out of time and the Alvarez and Rivera trains could never deliver you to the station.
