Come on now. It isn't all his fault. Some of those putos in specialized units deserve what they got. Case in point a PCB SERGEANT committing felonies (on Video) and by the Grace of God and his handlers and protectors at HQ and the SAO he only got his titanic (3 large pizza eating & Coke) ass transferred keeping his stripes and future instead of being in a 8x10 cell where he belongs.

That's because in his mind, he believes he is smarter than the director, thus should be the director. He thinks he is the smartest command staff member and should have been promoted before any of them.nanneys father was his protector in this department and they let him get away with a great deal of crap that others wouldn't be able to do.
