    You are talking out your a $$. The union has had numerous meetings about the promotion and talks are still ongoing. So you think that the world should shut down while one issue is being resolved?

    The vote of no confidence against oates ,with the new mayor only made perfect sense. That's why the FOP will not do it. Unless the membership forces it to a vote on the floor their next meeting. Then they will be compelled to do it.
