Easy look at the top man and his number 2. DB got the job by promising to do whatever SS wants. DB lied about his education, but it apparently is not a issue. He can't take stress without breaking down. RR spent years bad mouthing DB and SS, but as soon as he saw bars he became the newest member of a long line of do boys. He has made a habit of treating everyone like garbage. The LT positions are gonna be filled with Do boys unless they hold testing and do external oral boards.

What is amazing is that our elected representatives haven't even discussed this at a open meeting. Honestly I don't car about his lack of a degree. What I do care about is his lack of experience. Additionally, the fact that he has zero credibility with his subordinates. Actually they dont respect him at all.

Spina should be held accountable here. However, the entire city council is terrified of him.

Someone has “dirt” on Spin-o so he does whatever Shears tells him what to do!! What candidate who falsified there qualifications would still have a job? DB was had the least amount of education and experience but since o Shears who also didn’t have any education, oh forgot a G.E.D but DB was his boy he gets the position over PHD’s. I think a investigation needs to be conducted on Spin-o and the non qualified Chief, but who would conduct it?
