    You are correct ☆☆☆☆☆☆☆ as Florida is a right to work state , applicants who were disqualified for much less can file suit , claiming this violated their rights and add a negative retention issue. If anyone who did not get hired finds out about this , they have a great employment law case.

    What a joke. So the Chief was hired with multiple lawsuits. He changes the policy prohibiting applicants being hired who are named in lawsuits. And now he announces he’s hiring this guy disregarding the policy that HE created.
