    Angry Taxpayers are being cheated

    Given the failure of the council, kriseman, and the po po chief to enforce law and order here in baltimore south, the taxpayers are being cheated due to:
    higher insurance rates for auto and home due to high crime
    more risk of being hurt by the thugs running wild in the city streets and private venues
    lower quality of life due to the souf side of daburg using a disproportionate percent of city resources--fire, PD, and social services.
    Da burg is on a very steep downward trajectory which will not stop unless the lawless element in the city is put in prison.
