GPS + roll pass = Cheezar gets fired. Maybe arrested again. He let a prison escape and was fired. He assaulted a city of Miami cop in an OBGYN office and got arrested, he used his city issued car to collect rent at his rental properties and ended up pulling a gun on a guy. He’s basically the worst guy we got next to jimmy the drunk.

Citizens, This is the kind of behavior you get from police officers when serving the community and actually showing up to work becomes a problem. The cop dissapears. People like the one mentioned in this post have other jobs and priorities going on. SO...police work becomes secondary. Chiefs like the one in charge allow this behavior to continue because he believes in cronyism and rewarding cops who don’t deserve it, but do S - - - his D. and bow down on request. The Chief needs to leave in order to preserve the little legacy he created in Miami beach PD.

When you have no accountability what do you expect from someone like Cheeser? He is obviously unprofessional and childlike in his duties to his job. If you allow someone to be able to put in for overtime wouldn't you as a supervisor want to know if that extra money was earned and deserved. The salary alone is abhorrent and this type of guy should not be allowed to abuse the system anymore. For that matter under this Chief's reign, 2017 had six officers make over 100,000 salaries for close to a million dollars. And that's with all the additional positions that he hired in the last two years. Caesar Salad is the worst of the bunch with his abuse of overtime. It's time to reign him in and look into his daily activities.

After some digging Mr Creaser Salad has the tape. Turns out he has the confidence of the Chief. Since the I.A. is still open "The Salad" was entrusted with it and placed into property. Looks like there may be some promises made for a certain "Mr. Salad" to take control of DB after the big shape up. Right when big 01 leaves he will be making that appointment. Way to go Ceasar Salad. This way you can keep up your VERY HIGH SALARY and no accountability. Hey go clean your mouth, it smells like blu cheese.

Yet again the "Salad" we have all known to stick in your back is out gallivanting around the county doing his own personal errands on the City's dime. Now that he has "taken" the presidents position of the union due to default and not earning it, there will be a massive money drain for all of his personal agendas. We're sure his VW club will get a donation and he will go out with Jenkins and the Chief and spend money on lavish meals Etc, Etc. Doesn't matter Ceasar Salad destroyed the FOP w/ his daddy and the Lt's. Hey Cheeeeeser, what are you going to do when your daddy looses his job? Your two faced.
