4 minors shot 7 days before Xmas!!!!
Merry Xmas Director Perez!!
Let's see you disbanded Northside CST....handcuffed the other CSTs... promote a non-proactive approach to police work!! The YOU program (i.e coffee with a cop, take the kiddies on field trips, pull 30 or more officers off the road) is a BUST...now 16 year old kids getting shot in the hood... 2 year olds are dying...officers getting shot on off-duties... Yikes...and the media is starting to call B.S...2018 gonna be fun!!!!

This current administration continues to fail to act on violence. They’re only approach is to increase the reward. Forget real police work! Why don’t you increase the reward on every innocent kid whose been killed? It can’t be that you’re under pressure, again, can it?
Like another thread stated, JuanPerez is afraid of the black community.

JP broke the mold long ago. No teary eyed hissy fit is going to bring back the four victims. This is just the beginning. The current crime spree is a result of years of neglect in the department. All that dancing, push up tourneys in front of HQ, cafecitos and the rest of the BS comes at a cost. JP MUST GO!

The elimination of TNT, BWC's to RID, and disbanding Northside CST...you reap what you sow. Things are only going to get worse. The thing is that despite JP's baby crocodile tears nobody gives a f about the black areas and nobody really gives a f about an officer bring shot. It's all just a publicity stunt by the emotionally challenged director. No, what's really going to change things is when blood starts spilling to the streets of Midwest, Kendall, Hammocks, Northwest, etc. Especially if someone that gets hurt is a loved one of someone "important". Because the truth is in the grand scheme of things civilians in the black community and us simple officers are just pawns in JP's chess board.

Amen to that! Sadly, the Black community wanted less proactive policing in their communities and this is the end-result of their wish being granted to them.
