So when is Sheriff Bill Prummell going to let the public know about the alleged Federal Investigation at his agency? It has been over a month now since it started and still not a peep from him. Is he hiding this investigation? How many cases will be tossed out of Charlotte County Court? Does the public have a right to know if something is going on?

Send a FOIA request
You should be able to send a FOIA request to mailto:records@ccsofl.net. I would put FOIA request in the subject line and then ask your questions directly. You do not need to identify your self or the reason as to why you want it. Set up a dummy email if you want to remain anonymous as the email address you use will become public record.
