The journalist points out arrests are way up than they were this time last year. The NAACP wants to speak with the Chief about some "Concerns" they have about the police tactics in the Seminole Heights area. The Capt Obvious response that the journalist glossed over, a serial killer in the area and tons more police combing the area. The article however pointed out how bicycle stops for no lights led to some arrests, as well people being stopped multiple times for just walking in the neighborhoods. This article only has one purpose. They are salivating, waiting on the first perceived police wrong that they can exploit. The NAACP is doing the same.

According to the article, the Hillsborough NAACP's Yvette Lewis wants to have a "conversation" with the chief. Hey Yvette, how about having a conversation with the thug drug dealers carrying guns while riding bikes around the neighborhood of law abiding citizens? I mean really, are you serious Yvette? What a dam shame and a disgrace.
