A tranny was elected governor in Virginia yesterday like its some major human acheivement. If an elected official has an alter identity in another gender, can it count retroactively for diversity and acheivement? Maybe some of the readers could give their ideas.

Psychologically speaking is much different than surgery. That is the difference between actually becoming a freak vs only screwed up in the head as a freak. IMHO

depeends, could be pre op hermohprodite with cross gender identity dysmorphia and thats his niche or just flat out cut it off and have the snatch built in. but whatever the choice, definately an outpatient matter, a spay an neuter clinic would have the expereince dealing with small scale things
