The PBA will realize it is time to place Quality Individuals in these positions.

The publicly accepted adultery at the highest level of the PBA leadership is a source of shame for every decent member of this department. A president that violates the sacred vow of marriage and flaunts his adulterous way, even as a fellow officer and husband of the other party stands naively by, is not meant to lead the PBA. I entertain myself reading all the garbage here. All the crying and whining. And then I ask myself, aren't you all police officers? Trained to be investigators? Catch the bad person in action? What's so hard in bringing Karma back in the game? If someone in the PBA is cheating or doing anything you considered disrespectful to you or the agency, why not just videotape their actions and then humiliate their sorry assess either on social media or better yet go run to the media... I'm sure many in the public will enjoy watching the county soap opera.

What happens when a former major & married captain gets involved for 8 years. FHP solution to avoid further embarassment promotes Major to Chief (relocated) and Captain promotes to Major to take former Chief's position whose been committing adultery for the last 3 years, travels overseas for numerous family vacation, hiking and camping trips on weekends or whenever time permits. Picture of vacation captured on Chief's facebook. Chief pursues Major for the longest time, when he was mentally down was seduce by Chief. Wife of 32 years suspects and divorced him. But all the proof surfaces after they divorced for a month. Nothing can be done, since they are already divorce. Unfortunately, the misconduct has been witness by others but was dismissed. Complaints were made to no avail. He is a very highly respected Major who happened to have fallen in love for his higher up. The very outstanding Major betrayed his family for the love of his Chief. Conduct unbecoming for a high ranking officer. Where's the discipline.
