Soft targets like Churches cannot be protected

Leo's all across this land have trained for active shooters. On average, it takes Leo's less than four minutes to respond to these incidents. A lot of carnage can occur in four minutes. Like most calls we go on, we are seldom there in time to intercede while its happening. Knowing this, people gathered at soft target locations are really on their on for most of these incidents. Researching concealed carry laws shows that so many locations are restricted either by State Law or private property rules prohibiting firearms on their properties. Even off duty Leo's and retired Leo's cant legally carry in these locations. The only chance these soft targets have, is having a lawful gun owner present that can intercede.
