Oates made the promotions. He created this environment. He needs to go. The head of any organization is responsible for the actions of those below he needs to be fired.

Honey bunches of Oats and his side kick micro-manager untrustworthy Tricky Ricky has covered up 3 allegations of sexual misconduct. They have not disciplined not one of these people involved. The truth will come out real soon.
I think they know if it gets out they did nothing about the allegations both will be looking for new jobs soon. The new Mayor is not going to stand for this administration.

HEy Miami Herald, are you people asleep at the wheel or are you buddies with one of the perpetrators of this hostile sexual invironment in the police department? The rest of the real media is reporting sexual harassment everyday. You guys have it in your back yard and mums the word. What gives?

Oates has to held accountable reference the repeated sexual harassment incidents that are being hidden from public disclosure. Also command staff abandoning their posts in emergency situations. Oates has created and condoned these behaviors in the command staff that he promoted. Dan it's time you wrote one of those letters to the State Attorneys Office regarding your own actions and behaviors. It's a shame Morales just sits by and watches.
