Social media hench men
Guys and gals as a word of caution stop posting on social media about your displeasure with the office. The hench men are watching and have already started discipline on a few deputies for voicing their views about how bad things are at the office. Iam not talking about posting in uniform which is a no no unless of course you are one of the golden boys. Iam talking about commenting on supervisors decisions. You have no rights in this office since we have no union. So be careful they check social media on a regular basis. Just another way to intimidate you which is why we need a union

They need to be going after mid-level supervisors who are running morale and the entire agency into the ground. Whenever they do a bid again, there's a certain sergeant in D4 that will probably have an empty squad until the rookies are all placed there.

Chief likes to troll facebook looking at deputies personal sites. He has the goon squad from IA check it as well. Sad isn't, if they soent more time on trying to fix morale instead of petty bs like ur facebook posts this place might improve a little. I ve said it over n over that nothing will change under the new sheriff since he is allowing the chief to run the agency just like in years past. Abd how has that worked out for us. Time for a union folks.
