    1. Poor moral survey
    2. JB scandal and poor judgment
    3. Huge EE payday and compelling officers to testify....wtf

    Bill H......as previously stated by another poster, it’s time to cut ties with this liar. He is a liability to the city and the officers at this Dept. This guy was in way over his head from day one, poor decision after poor decision.

    Vested in a year and I’m out of here. Such poor leadership at the top

    You didn't get promoted this time. So what? It could be a lot worse.

    You never hear anyone in the TRU complain about being passed up or a promotion. Why is that?

    Not a single person in the TRU is ambitious.

    How many lead workers does the TRU have? 0. They all REFUSE to take on any additional responsibilities.

    How many supervisors does the TRU have? Half of one, and she is the only one who would take the job!

    Don't get discouraged by the recent promotions. If you were working in a unit where no one was ambitious, the department would be more stagnant than it actually is. Make changes that will make yourself more competitive.

    Rumor has it MR lied during the IA and the case will be unsustainable, yet EE will have to go after getting a huge payout. How about holding MR “accountable” for lying during an IA. last time I checked that was a BIG no-no and a fireable offense. This chief is to much of a ***** to do what is right. All the dirt will come out soon.......karma.

    In April 2017, TT was promoted to Sgt. He is far and away the nicest, most deserving person at CPD.

    How about everyone simply do the job, stop whining and complaining about everyone else and find meaning and purpose in their own career? Crazy... sure but just a thought.
