You didn't get promoted this time. So what? It could be a lot worse.

You never hear anyone in the TRU complain about being passed up or a promotion. Why is that?

Not a single person in the TRU is ambitious.

How many lead workers does the TRU have? 0. They all REFUSE to take on any additional responsibilities.

How many supervisors does the TRU have? Half of one, and she is the only one who would take the job!

Don't get discouraged by the recent promotions. If you were working in a unit where no one was ambitious, the department would be more stagnant than it actually is. Make changes that will make yourself more competitive.

Rumor has it MR lied during the IA and the case will be unsustainable, yet EE will have to go after getting a huge payout. How about holding MR “accountable” for lying during an IA. last time I checked that was a BIG no-no and a fireable offense. This chief is to much of a ***** to do what is right.
