    Discourse

    So why don't we start a series of posts on things that are relevant to improving things at the department? What worked in the past and ideas to kick start this place. Disagreement is health as long as it is civil.

    Great Idea

    That is a great idea, but you must first remove people who have personal agendas. The previous chief was forced to resign and there are people he hired and promoted that are just like him. You are a great Police Chief but there are snakes in the grass!
