Very simple, I think Major W Jones should be the next chief.
Why? Because he’s smart and has a heart. He can get the job done and he hasn’t forgotten where he’s come from.
And yes you will all mention his past but at this point does it matter? Everyone in the command staff has one.
Tricky Ricky is a definite NO, he’s more dangerous than Oats with half the brains and twice the ego.
