First of all loser PBA if Kenny is unhappy with his transfer and its not one of the three Districts closest to his residence he can file a grievance, there have been several and IUPA has won all of them. Second of all when did we get that best of three protection oh when IUPA took over. As usual the PBA opens its mouth nothing but lies and garbage come out.
