The Story of Judas of La Belle

Some bible history..(as if we havent received enough lately from the mad faster) who am I to say he or she isn't receiving revelations. Thats not my business to decide.

Matthew 27:3 10 When Judas, who had betrayed him, saw that Jesus was condemned, he was seized with remorse and returned the thirty pieces of silver to the chief priests and the elders. “I have sinned,” he said, “for I have betrayed innocent blood.” “What is that to us?” they replied. “That’s your responsibility.” So Judas threw the money into the temple and left. Then he went away and hanged himself.

Judas is synonymous with betrayal, false prosecution, taking a payoff to frame Jesus.

The deputies who have came and went, the administrators who were actually good people, were ran off when the fragile ego of the the present Chief was threatened were betrayed Those competant good administrators were often loyal, dedicated and beleived in Steve and his promises. All these people whose careers and lifes were disrupted for no reason other than ego, jealousy and weak management - "management" because there was no leadership. Anyone with leadership potential was ran off long ago.

Steve, you're a modern day Judas to every good employee, administrator and voter who beleived in you and your "promises" - the promises of a sociopath with zero leadership ability. You sold out long ago in steps too many to count or even begin to know.

Just like Judas, you will have your reward. Your future is less than bleak. It's over. You are holding the bag for everything that went down on your watch, and so will some other people go down with you. They can at least point upward and offer you up for something. Its called immunity from prosecution. You have no excuses, no afirmative defenses. You never saw this possible, did you?

Will you take the easy way out like Judas when you cant take it anymore? When you are overtaken by the "remorse" of being caught - not over what you've done or allowed done to other through the Chief and his malicious and vindictive style of personnel management?

Judas hung himself. He was weak. Just.like.you. for selling out, for being a fraud as a "leader"

Your legacy will change Hendry County, so in a perverse way, all you did will lead to change.

You hung yourself too with the people you surrounded yourself with, except for a few, they wont be facing time like it seems you probably will. No soap or rape jokes here. This is serious time. You betrayed a lot of people who did nothing to you except gave you their loyalty and honest integrity.

He betrayed employees, voters, allowed careers to be damaged, and bought another stain to the reputaton of the profession. 75% of law enforcement are pretty straight people. 25% are the bad eggs. About 10% of that 25% are dangerously corrupt, as in frames, set ups, not playing things stright. If you want to be a criminal, fine, be one, but dont hide behind a badge to be one. Weak.

This crew is in that very special minority of the already bad eggs. Everything - everything eventually comes out, bad and good.

Good people who got shafted usually get their day, because they are still standing and moved on. These shit birds figured it was cruise control until 2025 or something "we make our own rules". People are going to prison over this. Never mind lawsuits. Prison.

You'll see some real cowardice in action, no honor among conspirators, criminals or co-actors to avoid it.

He is not called Walking Small merely because he is a dwarf, but because of his character. "Snake" might be more appropriate because he can't possibly get any lower than to betray people that trusted and were loyal to him and do it without conscience, then lie and smear them to cover up his actions. Judas "fits" him as well. Watch him when he encounters someone he stabbed in the back...first he turns red, then does his best to ignore their presence or make a quick exit. He knows what he is, and what he has done and everyone he has done it to.

He was a spaz as a slick sleeve deputy when Lee hired him and how many years later hes still a spaz but has the title of 101.

"Snake"? A nobody. Like every dirty cop when the badge belt and title are gone they seldom cope well. Someone like him could not imagine not being a cop. Nowhere could he get the same power and forced respect from others. In the regular world someone will pull his card and he will have the learning moment of his life given to him. After seeing more than a few people I liked become "ex"-cops, this one does not have it in him to adjust. None of them do. Dont feel badly for any of them either.
