Raise the minimum salary for fhp again like last year while the troopers that have been on 5-25 years make around the same as someone fresh out of the academy? Really? We have to give eveyone in this department the same percentage pay raise. Last year minimum pay raise plus 5% while eveyone else got 5% only is not the way to solve our problem...... and it's looking like the same thing is going to happen this year......

Step plan won’t stop the complaining. For a job that only requires a GED, you don’t deserve to start at more than $38k. You have health and retirement plans included. Yet you keep whining. You’d be unhappy with a Step plan because it doesn’t boost your salary $10,000 a year. You’re better off than 90% of the rest of the world. Yet you dis each other and your job on this site. I don't need a whole lot of money for that. Just need health insurance, my take home car, and uniform.
