It’s not Tierney or Cardwell. They both have too much baggage and that’s one thing Troop H doesn’t need. We’ve already got the disgraced Hildreth and the lazy Norris. Whoever is crowned Major has to be able to supervise those two, and you have to wonder if the coronation is being stalled so they can relocate those two and give the new major a chance.

The new major doesn’t need the baggage that comes with Hildreth and her ways, but not sure where she could go that she won’t cause problems.

No clue what’s going on in field ops, is a good reason not to be in the field or in any GHQ position having anything to do with the field.

The Colonel is probably scared of her. That if she got fired, Hildreth would file a lawsuit or EEOC complaint against the agency. Or she has some dirt on them.

She already filed EEOC complaint when she was demoted, and she lost. She doesn’t have dirt on anyone, she’s the dirt. She started an affair with a married lieutenant while she was LTC. Now they’re living together. She could’ve been a role model but instead set women back 20 years.
