The reason so many people have left? The answer is simple. The agency allows each and every unit to become ruined by promoting unqualified or bad supervisors into unit commander positions. Once they get there after having 6 months of Sgt. or Lt. experience under their belt, they run every good hard working employee out. Tomisch (spelling?) is the problem, but they won't address that issue. The same can be said for just about every decent unit that is eventually trashed by poor promotions and highly inexperienced "leaders." Remember, in the mind of the illustrious hallway, it is the low paid hard working deputies that are the problems in this agency and not the crappy, under-qualified Lieutenants and Captains that are causing these issues.

'Unqualified' is the name of the game of our agency. Skipping ranks, not passing tests, inexperience gets you everywhere. But, it starts at the top, and MS is leading the game.

That is the only reason I didn’t put in for that last TFO spot. I have been hearing horror stories about that crap going on out there. That really sucks because damn that would be a sweet gig. Then I just heard that DO just left the unit. He was one of the only guys I knew when he was on duty we had a chance of finding someone. So much for that.

Made perfect sense. Get rid of the commander who was a pilot since he was old enough to legally drink a beer and retired as an military colonel chief pilot and replace him with a guy whose only experience is playing flight simulator on ninetendo wii

Just wait till they pile that new ship up one day with a retreating blade stall during one of their sightseeing outings to Felda for the hunting camps or Bab**** looking for hogs and new property. They won't know what to say to the media...even though we have 25 PIO's....and no one EVER comments.
