Mupstat update
Mup Stat Update
So Mups, will you be presenting at MUPSTAT (our version of COMSTAT) on the reported mismanagement, abuse and waste of overtime (see Herald article)?
I think it's only fair, since you sit your arrogant behind in MUPSTAT and make your staff put on the dog-and-pony show.
Do you know how they feel about your meetings? Do you think they respect you and your cronies? Do you think they support you? Do you think they speak with the troops? Sure, they smile and call you chief, but really?
Take a gander around the room, Mups, and ask yourself the questions. 😳
Have your "Do-Boy" prepare a slide on the reported overtime screwup and present on it. You're a police wizard, so please teach us.

So AD, who oversees overtime and has Dr. Mini Major must have "signed off" on the ot mess. That's another office that's an embarrassment and has NO leadership.
One has to ask, aside from what normally comes out of that shop, which is less than average quality work, mistakes, drama, laziness, and crying about promotions, what do they do right? This is a legitimate question.

We hired mini major because he's a pal of muppets. Mini major was alleged of questionable bookeeeping at his previous failed attempt to be a police chief. He was also alleged to have acted inappropriately during collective bargaining, supposedly calling a female a biatch, saying he hated her and motioning to kick her, according to news reports.
The little fellow should have never been hired - period. Instead, muppet brought him here and has allowed him to run amuck, go unchecked and run AD into the ground.
Nice job, muppet, and you should have never been brought back either.
