Dear Chief Mup,
Monday was October 16 and was actually National Bosses Day.
It's a day for workers to appreciate their employers (funny what about a day where the employer appreciates us, lol).
It is annually observed by workers to recognize their bosses and to thank them (what a concept if you'd do the same, Mup and actually be sincere - fat chance and not with the fake phony roll calls).
Did it ever cross your mind and all of your brilliance (and maybe the little people you listen to), that some of us can't do that because since you've become our chief, actually well before that, it seems like you've acted as an arrogant, selfish, "you first" kinda guy? You've only cared about building your career and resume and wanted to be our chief since you were a SRO (that's always been you, Mup). You've been a sneak and back-stabbed some people (be honest, Mup). You've built a personal company with your buddies (can't dispute that, Mup). You've affected morale around here, even been a bit nasty at times, and hooked up, promoted and hired your pals. You confirmed what some of us heard all along. Maybe you should not have been brought back? Maybe you're not ready to be chief? Maybe you should still get lost?
So hopefully one day, you'll realize that leadership isn't a title or a position; instead, it's a calling and a honor. One that, some feel, you don't deserve and haven't earned.
Some of us feel you have always been and will always be a questionable choice for a leader.
