    Justifiable?

Soooo...Video shows a PCSO Deputy using excessive force on a subject who is prone out with arms extended and nothing in his hands. There were punches thrown and elbow strikes delivered to the back of his neck/head, then the other deputy gets there and hits the subject with handcuffs???? How is this acceptable???? Before you try and defend this by saying the subject refused to put his hands behind his back, the deputy delivering the strikes never attempted to grab or force his hands/arms behind his back. This gives PCSO Deputies a bad name and a black eye to the agency.

Well you’re biased in your first sentence. You presume force to be excessive from s video and a news story. Describing one frame of the video to suit your claim doesn’t hold water either. Considering he was believed to be armed suspect its very acceptable. When someone tries to reach for their waistband it’s difficult pull their arms away. Counter strikes are acceptable when dealing with active resistance. You warn us of your assumptions before defend them. Your assumptions are wrong, you weren’t there. This video gives us a great name, don’t screw with deputies. Ill take that name any day. Has the suspect complied there would’ve no force used, but that’s not what happened now was it. And where was your boo hoping when Sgt Stud choked out the white drunk on the beach? That was way worse, but apparently it only matters to you if the suspect is black.

He's always been a shady deputy. Not surprised.
